Joseph V. Stallone

Joseph V. Stallone, age 88, of the City of Tonawanda, May 7, 2022, following a brief illness. Joseph was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He had worked as a union bricklayer for 45 years. He was an active member of the Inner Harbor Yacht Club for many years and had also been active in Niagara Frontier Youth Football. He enjoyed wintering in Florida. He was the husband of the late Norma (Zimmer) Stallone. Dear father of Lorrie Stallone, Joseph (Gail) Stallone, and Christine (Craig) Hamilton. Grandfather of Jessica, Alyssa, Evan, Deandra, and Jonathan. Great-grandfather of Garrett, Carter, and Kensley. Brother of Donna Stallone, Dido Mazzitelli, and the late Janet Stallone, uncle of several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at Fretthold & Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam Street, in Tonawanda, on Wednesday from 4:00 -8:00PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday from St. Francis of Assisi Chapel, 73 Adam Street, beginning at 10:00 AM.
