James F. Bryans

James F. Bryans, age 81, of the Town of Lockport, August 9, 2021, in Niagara Hospice House. James was a U.S. Navy veteran. He had worked as a painter for Bryans Brothers Painters and had also worked as a truck driver. He played a guitar in the Underground Country Band. Beloved father of Deborah Glaser, Colleen (William) Drake, and James (Robin) Bryans. Grandfather of Rachel, Tim, Alicia, and Alexis; great-grandfather of Arianna, Rylan, Wyatt, and Elianna. Brother of William (Patty) Bryans Jr., Maryann (Lee) Gillingham, John (late Michelle) Bryans, and the late Cathy Cadwallader. Uncle of several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold & Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam St. in Tonawanda, NY on Saturday, August 14th from 2 – 4 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home beginning at 2:30 PM. Interment will be held at the Western New York National Cemetery, Pembroke. If so desired memorials may be made to the Veterans Hospital, Buffalo or Niagara Hospice.
