George M. Joyes, age 85, of the city of Tonawanda, April 22, 2021, in Kenmore Mercy Hospital following a brief illness. George was a former employee of the General Motors Parts Division, Cheektowaga. He enjoyed visits to the casino and he was an avid bowler. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Thuersam) Joyes. He was the brother of the late Clifford, Thelma, Robert, and Doris. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held privately. If so desired memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
