Annabelle M. Frescholtz

Annabelle M. Frescholtz (Steves) (Papoi) age 82, of the City of Tonawanda, July 9, 2022 after a brief illness and under the care of Hospice Buffalo. Annabelle was a devout member of St. Francis R. C. Church. She was a care giver to many throughout her life and recently mourned the passing of her dog “Jiggy.” She was the daughter of the late Leonard and Elizabeth Steves. She was the wife of the late Albert “Toppy” Frescholtz. Beloved mother of Stephen (Dora) Papoi and Todd Papoi. Stepmother of Brandy McNiff and Tina Scioli. Grandfather of Stephen and Karley Papoi. Sister of Barbara Steves, Michael Steves, and the late Leonard “Buck” Steves, Janet Eastman, and Marie Swan. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold & Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam St. at Seymour St. in the City of Tonawanda on Wednesday from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday at 10 AM from St. Francis R. C. Church, 144 Broad St., Tonawanda. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
