Adam went to be with the Lord while wrapped in his mother's arms on Saturday, December 19, 2009. He went to Heaven peacefully and with dignity. Adam is the beloved son of Faye Johanson of North Tonawanda and Willard Murr of Grand Island. He is survived by his brothers and sister, Charles (Alexandra) Murr of North Tonawanda, Jeremy Stahl of Woodstock, GA, and Corrie Stahl of North Tonawanda. He is also survived by his aunt, Dawn (James) Ackerman of Hamburg, and his uncles, Charles Johanson of North Tonawanda and Paul Johanson of Georgia, and several cousins. In addition, Adam is survived by a special friend, Jennifer Sanborn of Kansas. Adam also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Eve and Chyna.

The family will receive friends after 3 PM on Sunday (Dec. 27th) at the Hamp Funeral Home, Inc. Adam and Seymour Streets, Tonawanda, where a memorial service will be held at 4 PM Sunday. Friends invited. If desired, memorials in Adam's name to the Make a Wish Foundation, Gift Processing Center, PO Box 749596, Los Angeles, CA 90074-9596, are preferred by the family.
